ABOUT US
Chef Gerardo Hernandez left a part of his heart in his hometown of Jalisco, Mexico, after moving to California when he was only 7 years old. After relocating to Wisconsin, he ran a food cart with his wife Brooke, before opening Jalisco on King in beautiful downtown Madison. With a goal of bringing the vibrant food and culture of Mexico to Madison, Gerardo and Brooke have created a lively spot with excellent food, drinks, and service.


Known for its vibrant atmosphere, the restaurant features a diverse menu filled with traditional dishes such as enchiladas, tacos, and mole, all crafted from fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
